Our educational farm is born with the intention of teaching to pupils the rural traditions, that today are almost forgotten, as long as the modern agricultural tecniques, in the environement of an ancient farm in Cremona.

Programs proposals (to agree with the teachers)
-Bioenergies: how to produce electric energy and heat from wood and biomasses in general;
-Poplar growing: from a cutting to a 30 mt-high tree in 10 years;
-Cereals growing;
-The History of Alfiano and Colombarotto Farm from the Age of Rome to our days (visit of the roman finds);
-Plants identificatin;
-Life in a farm 50 years ago;
-Agricultural equipment and cultivation tecniques;
-A walk along the banks of the river Oglio to discover its wildlife;
Visitors reception from March to the end of June
Entrance for each pupil: 8 Euros.
